As part of our planning package, we have a structured total building cost in achievable phases to help you project your cost of building as well as track your building progress.
Signing up with LBT Design & Build allows you options of floor plans and designs to choose from as well as deliberate payment schedules; bi monthly, quarterly or yearly.
We also offer construction for your already designed buildings.

Building your own residential or office space can be exciting and you must not go blind to the construction process.
The LBTWay is a construction program detailed to afford clients a progressive building approach method characterized by a complete workout of building stages and their respective costs. This gives clients the opportunity to plan their buildings efficiently as well as have a renewed commitment as they see the progress of their buildings.
The LBTWay ensures a positive progression of the building brick by brick in case there is a less guarantee of funding being available to complete it. This program is a disciplined 24 to 36 month period and is good for clients who cannot afford a lump sum approach but can be consistent with agreed payments for the period allocated.
